Your copywriting skill needs to be top-notch to write a copy that converts.
When it comes to email marketing, it’s all about open rates and more importantly, conversion rates.
But hey, don’t fret!

1. Try not to get too funky
If you manage your email marketing campaigns yourself, then you would have noticed how tempting those amazing features on those email marketing platforms can get
Try not to overdo things in the hope to make your emails attractive for your receiver …, don’t do that.
Avoid the use of unnecessary colors. Let’s keep it as simple as possible.
It’s okay to have your Newsletters on brand but be careful doing that too so you don’t go overboard…
PRO TIP: I will recommend you play safe as much as possible.
You can use the classic sans Serif font and black color
(I will recommend sticking to the default font as a beginner)
2. Proofread your emails before you send
This is one of the reasons why I always encourage my clients to avoid sending emergency emails… Schedule your emails
This way you can always go back to it, to be sure you have everything in check
You also want to double-check the spelling of every keyword
Check the receiver’s name; Don’t go addressing the right email to the wrong receiver (You want to avoid this)
So be sure to check again!
3. Be sure to make your Call to action… Clear, concise, and Obvious!
Most times I could have up to 2 or 3 calls to action in the emails I send to my tribe…
If you are a member of the Tee-Money tribe, I’m sure you would have noticed how obvious my Call to action is
You can’t miss my Call to action
I share valuable tips to help you not only build a profitable business but also a sustainable business online
Ps: My tribe always gets special deals on all my services. Don’t sleep on it
So I hear y’all screaming how I can make mine clear and uninterruptedly obvious…
Here you go;
1. Create a clickable button (Be sure that the link input is not broken)
2. Upload an image that shows a clear path to the action you want your audience to take.
3. If you would love to encourage them to take action in the body of your text, you need to make sure it strategically stands out.
When I decide to take advantage of this trick…
I fit in my “P.S.” at the end of their emails, and it works pretty well!
